The most powerful and effective force in our human universe is influence. If wielded correctly, it will create an environment that will nurture and challenge the full limit of human potential. If we use it right we will make more of others by giving more of ourselves. The cruelest thing we can do to others is to limit their horizons by convincing them that they cannot do the unimaginable, the inconceivable, or the impossible. The kindest thing we can do for others is to drive them emotionally, psychologically, and physiologically to the edge of human capability and tolerance where they will discover who and what they really are.
